Amjad Muhtaseb

An immigrant from Jordan with deep roots in Palestine, I have been living in America for 41 years. Married with four children and four grandchildren, my journey has been one of dedication to family, community, and professional growth.

With a Bachelor's in Engineering Technology and a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of Houston, I bring a solid educational foundation to my professional endeavors. My work history includes significant roles in IT and Industrial Engineering at UPS, where I honed my technical and managerial skills.

I am the founder and currently serve as the President of Sam's Cleaning and Hauling Holdings. Additionally, I hold the position of Executive Director of MAS Houston, where I am dedicated to helping and uplifting the community, especially the youth. My commitment to youth empowerment is reflected in various initiatives and programs aimed at fostering their personal and professional growth.

My career is also distinguished by a strong commitment to community service. I have extensive experience managing non-profits and serving on numerous boards, where I have worked tirelessly to support and uplift underprivileged communities. My involvement in interfaith initiatives and networking groups has broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to collaborate with diverse communities, further amplifying my impact.
